1 — The following Terms and Conditions regulate all purchases, including registration, of all products of Beyond Fabric, sold on the website www.beyondfabric.eu;
1.1 — For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions please note that:
“Beyond Fabric” — refers to all products communicated and sold on the website www.beyondfabric.eu;
“User” — Any individual that places an order on the website www.beyondfabric.eu ;
1.3 — Accessing and navigating on the website www.beyondfabric.eu and purchasing Beyond Fabric products, implies the acknowledgement, understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the User;
1.4 — Beyond Fabric reserves the right to reject orders received by profiles other than “User” or that are not compliant with Beyond Fabric general sales terms.
2.1 — Fulfilment of all orders is subject to the existing stock;
2.2 — Beyond Fabric tries to ensure stock availability of all items available for purchase on the website www.beyondfabric.eu
2.3 — Beyond Fabric reserves the right to decline or cancel previously confirmed orders for out-of-stock products. In this event, Beyond Fabric will contact the User and process a full refund of the paid amount.
3.1 — To place an order, the user may create an account on our website by filling in the necessary information at www.beyondfabric.eu. By registering, user information and preferences will be stored for added convenience, making future purchases faster and easier;
3.2 — It is also possible to place an order as a guest, without registering.
3.3 — Upon registration, the User will be granted access to the personal account area, where they can manage preferences, wishlists, and order history;
3.4 — By accessing their personal account, the User is agreeing with these Terms and Conditions.
4.1 — To place an order at www.beyondfabric.eu the User must have an email account and their browser must accept cookies and pop-ups, allowing for all functionalities of the website to work properly:

4.3 — The User will receive an order confirmation email with the details of their order. Once the order has been shipped, the User will receive another email with the tracking number;
4.4 — All order details will be available on the User’s account area at www.beyondfabric.eu;
4.5 — The package will be delivered by our courier at the designated delivery address;
4.6 — Beyond Fabric reserves the right to reject or cancel previously confirmed orders in the following situations:
5.1 — All prices shown at www.beyondfabric.eu include 23% VAT (Value Added Tax), as per the Portuguese Law.
5.2 – All prices are shown in Euros (€). Please note that changing your delivery address will directly impact the total order amount, as different shipping costs are applicable. Any local import duties charged by customs offices must be supported by the User;
5.3 – Prices shown on the website are subject to changes. Beyond Fabric reserves the right to change its prices without prior notice. Prices shown at the moment of purchase will be considered for that purchase;
5.4 – In case of pricing errors, Beyond Fabric or the User may cancel the order (if it has not been shipped yet);
5.5 – The total order amount specified at checkout includes all Portuguese taxes (except when the User is located outside the EU), as well as any shipping costs;
5.6 – The User must pay only the total amount specified in the order confirmation.
6.1 – Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to your order total at checkout. These costs may vary depending on your location, product category, and ordered quantity;
6.2 – We offer free shipping on Standard deliveries for Portugal, except for sale items or other clearly stated exceptions;
6.3 – For all other countries shipping costs will apply, except when stated otherwise:

7.1 – We ship worldwide using CTT Expresso (Portuguese mail). All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can keep track of its progress.
7.2 – We try to ship all orders within 24 hours, however, small delays may occur during busier periods such as sales, Holidays, or season changes.
7.4 – All orders are shipped using a registered service: you will receive the tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Scheduling is not available with our current delivery services, meaning the courier will attempt to deliver your package without prior notice — please ensure someone is at the delivery address to receive it. Nonetheless, you will be able to accompany your order by entering the tracking number on the courier’s website, as per our email instructions.
7.5 – If one or more products are unavailable at the time of purchase, we will notify you by email and process a full refund for those products.
7.6- Upon receiving your order please confirm that neither the package or its contents have been damaged or tampered with. If so, please do not accept the package which will be returned to us. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com informing us of the situation and include photos if possible. We will send you another package as soon as possible.
7.7 – We consider the order delivered when you sign the delivery receipt at the shipping address.
8.1 – You can process a full or partial return of your order, within 15 working days after the date of delivery. These are the requirements for returns:
8.2 – To process a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject line RETURN followed by your order number. Please also include the reasons for returning on the email body along with any images that may be necessary;
8.2.1 – If you wish to process an exchange, please send us the model reference and size, so we can reserve it in advance to guarantee availability;
8.3 – We will send you an email with all necessary instructions to process your return;
8.4 – All costs associated with the return must be supported by the client, except when stated otherwise, or when the client has received a wrong or defective item. We recommend you return the package using a registered courier service with a tracking number, to ensure we can track it and that it reaches its destination;
8.5 – After receiving the package at our warehouse, our team will confirm the condition of the items and process the refund. We do not process refunds for worn or damaged products (except if they are defective);
8.6 – All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please note that if you are using Paypal, additional fees may apply.
9.1 – The User may cancel their order by contacting us at email@example.com, as long as it has not been shipped yet;
9.2 – Upon cancellation, we will process a full refund for the amount paid, using the same payment method. Please note that the refund may take up to 14 (fourteen) days to be processed;
9.3 – We do not accept cancellations for shipped orders. In this case, please process a return after receiving the order;
9.4 – In case the received goods present any defects or faults, the User must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the situation along with pictures to illustrate it;
9.5 – Upon receiving the email and confirming the defect, Beyond Fabric will contact the user to schedule a free pickup;
9.6 – Once the product reaches our facilities, the User may choose one of the following:
10.1 — All Beyond Fabric products are covered under the warranty in accordance with the applicable legislation for the sale of consumer goods.
10.2 – Beyond Fabric guarantees and warrants that the delivered products comply with the agreement and possess characteristics that, all circumstances considered, are necessary for normal use. The following is not considered as normal use of Beyond Fabric products and are therefore excluded by our warranty:
11.1 — In order to continuously improve our service, we aim to reply to any queries or complaints presented by the user within 5 working days, through our email email@example.com
12.1 — Beyond Fabric cannot guarantee that its website or any of its functionalities will run uninterruptedly, as it may go offline due to maintenance, repair or upgrades;
12.2 – Beyond Fabric will not assume responsibility for any damages that may arise directly or indirectly from force majeure situations, and that prevent it from fulfilling its obligations. This includes: strikes, electrical power shortages, failure of technical facilities, fires, floods, delays in transportation and supplier deliveries, law changes, epidemic, pandemic, threat of war, acts of God, or any other situation beyond Beyond Fabric control.
13.3 – Beyond Fabric is not responsible for any misuse of the User’s website access data, as it is personal and non-transferable.
13.1 — Beyond Fabric reserves the right to change, at any time , these Terms and Conditions. Upon publication on www.beyondfabric.eu we consider these changes to be in effect and the Users notified.
15.1 — These Terms and Conditions and any claims regarding them, including its validity, website usage or purchases, will be governed under the Portuguese Law.
